Halloween

This Halloween was pretty fun, even though it's the first Halloween in probably 18 years that I haven't gone trick or treating. I had a good time though. A lot of people wore costumes around campus. Favorites included whoever was playing the Bagpipes and the girl who was actually the Panda Express. Spencer Shayla and I went to Panda Express later, and then we went to Baskin Robbins. While at Baskin Robbins, who do we see but Whitney and Stephen from Studio C! I swear I see these people everywhere! Later we just went back to my building where we played some Skipbo and Spencer became the chief "bequeather" of cards after his victory. We had some pretty stirring conversation and then I had to go register for classes. I'm signed up for..

In other news, the Women's Choir sang at the devotional Tuesday. We sang "I Know Heavenly Father Loves Me". It was really nice. Then the Sunday School General President gave the devotional on The Book of Mormon. It was really good. We have a concert this Friday and Saturday.

Tuesday was also Temple Trip Tuesday, which was nice as always. Didn't see Temple Man though.

Today is Wednesday, and Wednesdays are officially my favorite days because I get to hear from my favorite missionary! It was awesome getting to talk to Trystaun today and hear all about the MTC and about how the mission is going for this the first week.

Today I went to a Día de Los Muertos celebration. It was a lot of fun! We got to color some skulls, make paper flowers, and there was even some face painting going on. I didn't quite get into that though.
This is Kathy, she lives in the dorm across from me.

And this has nothing to do with anything, but here's a creeper picture of Gideon in the library.
He's the one in the white shirt
