Back to the Y

Hi Mom! I decided to keep going with the blog so you can see all of my sweet pictures. If you're not my mom.... enjoy these pictures of me living my best life.

Soo most of these pics you'll have already seen (since you took most of them) but regardless, here are some photos of me living my dreams and getting back into student life.

I look like a gangster, but really I was just cold

Super excited to be a MTC teacher and be back in Provo!

What's a trip to Provo without stopping in Salt Lake? I'm definitely extremely blessed to be so close to my mission.

Hanging with Righteous Grandma

Today I've been hanging out with Grandma. We actually drove over to Twin and did some errand running and some fun shopping. We went and got some new shoes, new phone cases, new temple clothes, and a new pair of shorts! Since I don't have my big girl temple recommend yet, I could only get my dress and slippers. Grandma used her recommend to get some of the other stuff I needed, but I'll have to wait till I have my recommend to go get my garments. Grandma and I also went to CafĂ© Rio for some tasty Mexican goodness. Yum! Later that day we went to Beauty and the Beast. It was so good. I had already seen it, but Grandma hadn't and she wanted to go. I was more than willing to go again :D

Don't mind our hair... 50 MPH winds will do that to ya

Part 2: Today we went and mailed off my package of temple clothes to Mom's house in O.S. We also ate at a tasty little Mexican restaurant for lunch, and then went to Outpost Steakhouse for dinner! Grandma and I sure have been partying! I've been eating so much I bet I've definitely broke 100 lbs lol. I'll have to get on the scale and check it out.

Finally Free

Winter semester is finally over - the finals have been taken and I've said my last goodbyes to some of the greatest people I've ever met. Erin slept over last night and we stayed up until 4 AM just talking. Shayla and Candice were there too. It was a lot of fun. We had pizza too. Gideon helped us get rid of the pizza we couldn't take down by ourselves. This morning I woke up at 6 to say goodbye to Candice before she left for work at the Cannon and then went back to bed haha. Erin and I woke up at 8:30 and then Gideon came over to say goodbye and help me pack up all my stuff and throw it into the bed of Kavan's truck. We had to cover it in trashcan bags because the radar showed a lot of rain, but it didn't really get all that bad. It was a nice drive. Kavan's a saint and carried all my big heavy boxes into Grandma's basement for me. Bless him. It was sad saying goodbye to everyone, but I'm excited to get to Spain and spend some time with my grandparents. On to the next big adventure!

Finals are the struggle... but we're almost done!!

I went to go chat with one of Dad's old friends from back in their BYU days. He's a professor here at BYU now!

All my stuff...packed up and ready to go!

Turning in my keys :(

Last photo with my door.

Kavan and I on the road... he wasn't ready for the first one so we had to take a second lol

With the fam!

Last Games Night

Today was bittersweet. Last Sunday at church with my ward, last games night, and probably the last time I'll see Spencer until I get back from the mish. We had some good fun at games night though, Shayla brought some balloons with rubber bands attached and we had a pretty good balloon war. Spencer was way into it, it was awesome. We also signed up to see if we're a match for a lady with leukemia in Spanish Fork who is looking for a transplant match, and we watched Prince of Egypt together too. Overall, quality fun with quality people. I'm going to miss them so dearly. I really did get blessed with amazing friends here at BYU. My freshman year would not have been the same without them, I'm going to miss them a lot.

Check Insta for a super quality version of this pic

Spencer popped one of the balloons on accident, multiple on purpose. This is part of the remains of the accidentally popped balloon that somehow got stuck to the wall. We left it there.
